We offer you a walk through Matušek's repertoire from the times of Semafor to the songs just before, when he found out that he breathes much better behind the 'big puddle'. Fortunately, now we have him back on a big concert tour, because it always draws every good cowboy home. The excellent singer regularly had a happy hand in choosing the creators of his repertoire: Messrs. Suchý, Šlitr, Mareš, Fischer, Schneider and Borovec helped Matušek to create his artistic character as a distinctive personality, transforming compositions into a man's micro-narration with complete confidence of the listeners. His colleagues were not ordinary in famous duets either: his wife Olga sang with him on this compilation, but also Eva Pilarová, Helena Vondráčková, Ljuba Hermanová, Karel Gott, Karel Štědrý, and even Jaroslav Marvan.
