In 1994 Jaroslav Hutka and Radim Hladík recorded the studio album “Zahrady radosti” (Gardens of Joy), which included thirteen more serious songs. Several recordings feature guest appearances by bassist Vladimír Kulhánek and cellist Jiří Hošek. The album was released at the same time as Miloš Čermák’s book interview with Jaroslav Hutka and for commercial reasons was given the not entirely happy title “Pravděpodobné vzdálenosti” (Probable Distances). Our release, almost thirty years later, contains a cleaned-up recording with significantly better sound and the cover features the originally intended painting by Zora Růžová from the seventies – which, moreover, inspired Jaroslav Hutka to name this beautiful folk album.
